Having used this product for several weeks now I concur with other reviewers that it definitely needs pre-heating, and doesn’t necessarily feel warm to touch, just to lay on. So far so good. My reason for four stars and not five is on my wider (28”) table, the plastic wiring attachment hangs partially on the table/off the side making an uncomfortable protruberance if laid on. I’ve since put it at the foot end of the table so it’s more out of the way, which isn’t ideal, but has essentially solved the problem. So overall, I recommend the table warmer.
They’re good and useful. Sean’s are a bit thick and do leave face marks on clients faces, but this would depend of the craze you’re covering.
I like them though for my seated massage face cradle.
