We do have to pay the courier to collect your table though, so there will be a £25 collection cost to collect the table you have been using. But we will send out the next table you choose next at our cost so delivery to you will be FREE on both tables.
The price difference between original massage table and the exchanged item will be calculated according to the price both massage tables had on the day the satisfaction guarantee was applied. Neither promotional discounts used on the first purchase nor coupons or deals applicable on the date of the return will be refunded.
If the price of the exchanged item is greater than the original, the customer shall pay the difference. If the price of the second massage table is less, you will be refunded the remaining balance back to your original payment method
Satisfaction guarantee can only be applied on your first massage table purchase, it cannot be applied again on the second massage table received which means you can only avail of this offer once per order.
The Smile Satisfaction Guarantee cannot be applied
