Massage Table Rental Terms & Conditions


  • Rental starts day after delivery and ends day before collection and we have a 4 day minimum rental period. One important point to note however, is that we can't guarantee the time of delivery as it will depend on our courier partners assigned route on the day of delivery. Delivery will take place between 9am-6pm.
  • Our courier partners do not collect tables during weekends. Should your rental date finish on a weekend, your table will be collected on Monday. Similarly, should your rental period start on a Saturday or Sunday, your table will be delivered to you the Friday before. Please ensure there will be someone available to receive your table at the point of delivery. Likewise, please ensure someone will be present for the courier collecting the table.
  • Please do not plan to use your rental table(s) the day of collection. If the courier arrives and the table is not packaged ready to be collected, the courier will not collect the table and an additional day of rental will be subtracted from your deposit. A printer is required for you to print out collection label(s) for the return.
  • Delivery and Collection is Monday to Friday to Mainland UK only. The more notice we have in advance of your required dates, the better, but the minimum amount of notice required is 5 days from date of dispatch. If you urgently need a table within short notice, please contact our customer support and we will do our very best to assist you.

    Delivery will take place between 9am-6pm. Someone needs to be at the destination address to receive the delivery. If no-one is at hand to receive delivery, a re-delivery attempt fee will be required of £15 per table.
    • The table(s) need to be packaged safely as they were received to avoid damage during transit back to us. The table and all accessories must be clean with all accessories stored inside the table. Please cover the table with the protective cover it came in before putting it in the black carry case so that is is protected as much as possible. Then can you reinforce each corner with the square pieces it came with and seal the box shut. Please don't include your original packing slip or any paperwork inside the box.

      The tables must be repackaged using packing tape. Tables repackaged with regular sellotape may not be accepted by the collection courier or may be damaged during transit.

     

    • Table Care: The massage tables are for personal or business use and must only be used as intended, performing massage or other alternative therapy treatments or beauty procedures. All tables must be handled with care when set up, during use and folding away.

      All tables must be cleaned and wiped down with gentle, chemical-free and alcohol-free cleaning materials.

      Tables must be stored overnight in a secure and safe location.

      We understand that accidents can happen. If for any reason a break, tear, spill or stain occurs on any of the massage tables during your rental period, please get in touch straight away and send a photo so that we may record it.

      All tables are inspected upon return to our warehouse. Any tears, breaks, spills or stains found that were not recorded to us during the rental period will be subject to a cleaning or repair fee that must be paid by the customer.

    • Smoking:Smoking is not permitted at any time around the massage table. This is to accommodate other customers who may be non-smokers. Any smoking must be done away from the table.

      All tables are inspected upon return to our warehouse. Any tables found to be in clear contact with cigarette smoke will be subject to a £25 cleaning fee that must be paid by the customer.

    Security Deposit:

    A Security Deposit of £30 per table is required when booking. This deposit is 100% refunded back to the source of payment upon successful return and inspection of the table(s) back to our warehouse.
