We have a 30-day return policy for returnable items beginning with the date of delivery. We believe 30 days provides enough time for product inspection. For massage tables, please note how it is packaged when it arrives (a photo with your phone may help!) and please keep all the packaging. You can set up the massage table and try it for size but if you think you will return it please do not use it for a treatment.
Defective products, wrong shipments, or those damaged during shipping will be replaced or refunded, free of charge of course.

I'm very happy with the quality of this table. For the sturdiness and good quality I would have expected to pay more but this is great value for money as a massage table. It is very comfortable having tried the table myself and being told by clients who I have treated on the table, for it's size it is also a reasonable weight but not the lightest table if that is what you are specifically looking for. I would recommend this table and am happy with my purchase, the service at MassageWarehouse has been brilliant.
Exactly as stated really sturdy bed. No creaking during use, very comfortable and the width is ideal. I purchased to do massage occassions around my salon ie birthdays girls weekends etc and it’s very portable. Customer service was brilliant when I contacted them (only to discuss delivery).
